What can e-gift cards be used for?
Present the e-gift card at check-in to pay for your stay at any Bellstar Resorts. E-Gift cards can be used to pay for your stay as well as any services that can be charged to your room.

Do e-gift cards expire or have fees?
Our e-gift cards and gift cards never expire and we do not ever charge a fee.

Can unused e-gift cards and gift cards be refunded?
E-gift cards are non-refundable.

How can I check my e-gift card or gift card balance?
Physical gift cards can be purchased at the front desk of any Bellstar Resort. E-Gift cards are our option for online ordering and delivery.

How fast can we expect to receive the e-gift cards?
E-gift cards are sent the day of the scheduled delivery with rare exceptions for processing delays. For same day delivery, the recipient will normally receive the email within 2 hours.

What does the recipient receive when we send an e-gift card?
An e-gift card is an electronic gift card that is sent via email. On the day chosen for delivery, an email is sent to the recipient informing them of your gift, with a link to retrieve it online. The link in the email goes to a page showing the value and code of the e-gift card and your personalized message. The page also gives instructions for redeeming the e-gift card, including printing instructions.

I have a physical Bellstar Gift Card, is it still valid?
While we no longer offer physical gift cards for sale online, these are still available from our resorts. Physical gift cards are valid as long as there is still a balance on them

What if I haven’t received my e-gift card?
Occasionally an e-gift card email will be sent to a junk mail or spam mail folder.

What if I haven’t received my e-gift card and it is not in my junk or spam mail folder?
