·       Can I redeem my eGift card online?
eGift cards may be redeemed online for ticket-related purchases at biltmore.com and for retail items at shop.biltmore.com. They cannot be redeemed online for The Inn or Village Hotel on Biltmore Estate.

PLEASE NOTE:

For online ticket-related purchases, your eGift card balance must cover the full amount due; you cannot add a secondary payment method at this time. However, you will be able to review your card balance during checkout.

For retail items from shop.biltmore.com, if eGift card balance does not cover the full amount due for purchases, you may add a secondary payment method to complete your purchase.

·       Can I use my eGift card at Belk’s or other Biltmore-affiliated stores?
No, eGift cards may only be used ​at biltmore.com, on-site at the estate, or at shop.biltmore.com.
