  • Is there an additional charge for eGift cards purchased online?
    There is no additional charge for eGift cards purchased online, and there is no activation fee or service fee at the time of purchase.
  • Does my card expire?
    No, this card does not expire. After the first consecutive 12 months of non-use, a service fee of $2 per month will be deducted from the remaining card balance for each month the card remains inactive, and in which a balance remains on the card.

    To check your balance, please login to the My Account portion of this website.

 

Lost Gift Cards

  • If a gift card is lost or stolen, can it be replaced?
    Unregistered gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. The value of the gift card cannot be reimbursed. Gift cards are considered the same as cash.

    Yes. The information you submit during the check-out process is encrypted before being transmitted over the Internet, using a Thawte SSL Certificate.

Terms & Conditions

  • Can I redeem my eGift card for cash?
    eGift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash. You will not receive change back from purchases when using your eGift card. The remaining balance may be used on future purchases.
  • Can I redeem my card online?
    eGift cards may be redeemed online for ticket-related purchases. They cannot be redeemed online for The Inn or Village Hotel on Biltmore Estate, or retail items from shop.biltmore.com. eGift card balance must cover the full amount due for your online ticket-related purchases. You cannot add a secondary payment method at this time.
  • Can I use my eGift card at Belk’s or other Biltmore-affiliated stores?
    No, eGift cards may only be used through Biltmore.com or on-site at the Estate.
  • Do I need to print out my card prior to my visit?
    Yes, for on-site usage at Biltmore Estate, eGift cards must be printed and in your possession before you arrive at the estate.
