A: Gift Cards are pre-paid debit cards that can be loaded with $5 to $200 of value and used for purchases on our websites, windandweather.com, plowhearth.com, hearthsong.com, magiccabin.com and problemsolvers.com, at our retail stores, or by calling our Customer Service agents at 800-922-9463.

A: Purchase our Gift Cards online at windandweather.com/giftcards. They are also available for purchase at retail stores or by calling our Customer Service agents at 800-922-9463.
Q: How do I check my Gift Card balance?
A: To check the balance of your Gift Card, visit windandweather.com/giftcards or call our customer service line at 800-242-5353. You will be asked for the number on the back of your Gift Card, as well as the 4-digit pin number.
Q: What happens if my Gift Card is lost or stolen?
A: Please put your Gift Card in a safe place as Wind & Weather is not responsible for lost or stolen cards, or for unauthorized use of a Gift Card. If your card is lost or stolen, it can only be replaced for the remaining value. As a precaution you should always write down your Gift Card number in case the card is lost or stolen. Please call 800-922-9463 for assistance with lost cards; if possible, please have the order number and/or Gift Card number available when calling.
Q: What are the Gift Card Terms and Conditions?
A: Gift Cards may be applied to any order on our websites, through our call center or in our retail stores, except orders for more Gift Cards. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Gift Cards will not be replaced or replenished if lost, stolen or used without your permission. Cards will be void if altered or defaced. Cards have no value until purchased. Cards are transferable. Cards are not credit/debit cards and have no implied warranties.
Q: Do the Gift Cards expire?
A: No, the Gift Cards do not expire. Gift Cards are not reloadable and will become inactive 30 days after a zero balance is reached.
Q: What are my shipping options?
A: When ordering online you will have a variety of shipment methods available to you.
For qualified Consumer Orders completed weekdays before 2pm EST the following shipping options are available:
a. USPS (standard mail) - Available for shipments valued under $100
b. UPS Standard - Arrives in 3-5 business days from ship date
c. UPS Second Day - Arrives in two business days from ship date
d. UPS Overnight - Arrives next business day from ship date
e. Saturday Delivery - Available for qualified orders shipped between 2pm EST on Thursdays and 1:59pm EST on Fridays, arrives on Saturday
Q: Can you deliver to a PO Box or to a Military Base?
A: We can only ship qualified orders (Gift Cards under $100) to PO Boxes and Military Bases by USPS standard mail.
Q: What if I place an order online and I never receive it?
A: If you order a Gift Card online and select USPS shipping please wait at least 10 days for your order to arrive; USPS system has longer delivery times. If it has been more than 10 days since the order shipped then please contact customer support at 800-922-9463.
If your order was shipped via UPS you can track your package using either the UPS tracking number or the Order Number. You can click on the UPS tracking number located in your shipping confirmation email. Or you can enter your Order Number at check order status on the navigation menu. If you cannot locate either your confirmation email or Order Number, please call 800-922-9463 for assistance.
Q: Will I receive confirmation of my order?
A: An order confirmation email will be sent to the purchaser once the transaction is completed. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the purchaser once the order is shipped.
